What can you do with corn packs?
MICROWAVE corn packs and put it on your aches and pains:

- Neck, back, shoulders, feet, head, wrists, knees, jaw, sinuses.
- Hand warmers can be put in your pockets or carry them.
- Mini hand warmers will fit inside your gloves or mittens.
- Releives artritis pain, bursitis, rheumatism, neckache, backache, cramps,
- earache, joint pain, muscle aches and much more.
- Put it in your bed to keep your feet warm.
- It will stay warm for a long time.
**Be Careful, it can get very hot.
**Shake it well before using.
FREEZE corn packs and use for:
- Headaches, sinus headaches, tooth aches, bumps, swollen wrists, bug bites, bee stings, etc.
- When quitting nursing and your breast are engorged.
- Boo Boo Bags are great to have when the little ones get a bump and need a Ice pack.
- They are just the right size for little hands and kids like how they look.
